Request to Temporarily Suspend Lessons

Pine is willing to accommodate suspending payments for full month(s) lessons. (A suspension is defined as taking month(s) off, with plans to return.) However, we must receive a 30-day notice and it must be requested by the first of the month via email or by filling out a suspension request form online on Pine’s website.

Pine cannot hold a student’s time slot if payment is suspended. Notification, via email or phone call of a student’s return to Pine is needed prior to returning. It is not guaranteed that the time slot and instructor the student once had is still available. However, returning students will be given priority over the new students.
